A concerned resident contacted the Integrated Control Center (ILS) because he had detected the smell of diesel in the area around his home and could not identify the source. As a result, the TSF-W Lohnsfeld fire department was dispatched to investigate. By the time the responders arrived, the caller had already taken steps to ventilate the area and reported that the odor was no longer detectable. Consequently, the operation was called off.
