The Breunigweiler, Sippersfeld, and Winnweiler units were dispatched to assist the emergency medical services in Breunigweiler. The dispatch notice already indicated that an aerial rescue vehicle (ARV) was needed, which is why the Winnweiler Fire Department’s turntable ladder was dispatched.

Upon arrival at the scene, it became apparent that a patient on a ventilator had to be transported from the building to the ambulance (RTW) using a turntable ladder. Personnel from the Sippersfeld Fire Department and the Breunigweiler Volunteer Fire Department assisted the turntable ladder crew with the operation. After being transferred to the ambulance, the patient was transported to an appropriate hospital for further treatment. The firefighters were then able to conclude the operation.
