On Tuesday morning, the Sippersfeld Fire Department’s first responder unit was initially dispatched to a medical emergency in Börrstadt. About half an hour later, the emergency medical services requested additional assistance from the fire department, as the patient had to be transported from the building to the ambulance using a turntable ladder. As a result, the Börrstadt and Winnweiler units were also dispatched.

At the scene, the aerial ladder was positioned, and the patient was carefully rescued from the first floor. He was then handed over to the emergency medical services and transported by ground ambulance to an appropriate hospital.
