The emergency medical services requested assistance from the fire department for an ongoing resuscitation effort in Alsenbrück-Langmeil. The Münchweiler and Winnweiler units then responded to the scene with one vehicle each. The Münchweiler Fire Department personnel provided on-site support for the resuscitation efforts to ensure they could be carried out adequately over an extended period by rotating the staff. The Winnweiler Fire Department vehicle was no longer needed and was able to abort the call while en route.
