The Donnersbergkreis drone unit was initially dispatched to assist with a truck accident on the L 386 between Rockenhausen and Marienthal. Responders from the Nordpfälzer-Land municipal association found a truck that had veered off the road and come to a stop on a slope. The driver was not trapped and was handed over to emergency medical services shortly thereafter.
The drone unit's personnel drove to the staging area. Since no action was required, the unit returned to base shortly thereafter.
