The fire departments in Breunigweiler, Sippersfeld, Steinbach, and Winnweiler were alerted to smoke developing outdoors on a dirt road along the K 42 between Pfrimmerhof and Sippersfeld. By the time the Sippersfeld Fire Department arrived, the small fire had already been extinguished by passersby. The firefighters doused the area with water once more to prevent it from reigniting. The operation was then concluded.
