The Börrstadt, Steinbach, and Winnweiler fire departments were dispatched to a car fire in Börrstadt. Upon arrival, they found that the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames and was located right next to a wooden shelter, to which the fire had already partially spread.
Firefighters from the Börrstadt and Steinbach units immediately began fighting the fire, thereby preventing it from spreading further. To ensure the fire was thoroughly extinguished, the car was subsequently covered with foam.
