In Imsbach, passersby reported a large tree near the Protestant church that was lying across the street. A vehicle from the Winnweiler Fire Department surveyed the scene and determined that the tree, with a diameter of approximately 20 cm, had already been pulled onto the sidewalk. Consequently, the mayor was informed about the tree, and he notified the person in charge at the church. Furthermore, the building department was informed that there are several rotten and partially dead trees in this area that could also fall in the future. No further action by the fire department was required.
