Due to continuous rain, water levels in the Alsenz and Dronbach rivers began to rise on Wednesday, prompting the fire department to conduct patrols at regular intervals. Critical areas were evacuated as a precautionary measure to prevent property damage in the event of flooding. In addition, the public was informed about the situation via the federal government’s Modular Warning System (MoWaS). Overnight into Thursday, water levels were observed to drop, so the warning was lifted.
