In Wartenberg-Rohrbach, a tree had fallen and torn down a telephone line. Since the tree was also blocking the road, the Wartenberg and Winnweiler fire departments were dispatched to the scene. By chance, a tree care company was located in the immediate vicinity of the scene and agreed to cut up the tree and remove it from the road. As a result, the fire department was able to wrap up its operation shortly thereafter.
