A malfunction in a passenger car caused a diesel spill in Sippersfeld that extended across several blocks. The Sippersfeld Fire Department was dispatched to assess the situation and encountered the person responsible at the scene. The firefighters requested assistance from the public works department to set up warning signs if necessary and also notified the road authority, as part of the K39 was affected. The police also arrived at the scene.
