The police requested the drone unit to assist in a search for a person in Schweisweiler after a pedestrian heard cries for help coming from the forest; however, a search on foot failed to locate anyone in need of assistance. Fire department personnel flew over the area using a thermal imaging camera but were also unable to locate anyone in need of assistance. Consequently, the scene was handed back over to the police, and the drone unit concluded its operation.
