The Winnweiler Fire Department was called to a large oil spill at the intersection of Jakobstraße and Neugasse. The crew responded with one vehicle to assess the situation and found an area contaminated with diesel fuel. However, the fuel had already been dispersed by the rain and posed no danger to traffic or the environment, so the crew returned to the station without taking any action.
