The Steinbach Fire Department was dispatched to an urgent door-opening call because a person had fallen and it was assumed that she could no longer open the door on her own. However, this assumption was not confirmed, so the fire department did not need to take any action and was able to hand the patient over to the emergency medical services. The Winnweiler Fire Department, which had been alerted, was able to stand down.
