The fire departments of Imsbach, Münchweiler, and Winnweiler were called to the Wäschbacherhof for an urgent door-opening operation, as a person needed medical assistance and was unable to open the door on their own. The emergency medical services were already on the scene but were unable to gain access.
The Münchweiler Fire Department quickly opened the front door, allowing the emergency medical services to begin treating the patient. Due to the patient’s unstable condition, it was subsequently decided to transport him to the ambulance using the turntable ladder. The Imsbach Fire Department assisted with the operation. Once the patient had been placed in the ambulance, the firefighters were able to conclude their operation.
