Due to flooding along a stretch of road in Sippersfeld, the Sippersfeld Fire Department was dispatched to secure the area. The firefighters assessed the situation on site and determined that several storm drains and infiltration shafts in the vicinity were clogged, preventing the water from draining away. Consequently, measures were taken to clear the drains by removing garden waste using manure hooks and shovels. The affected street was closed to traffic for the duration of the work. Once the work was completed, the scene was handed over to the public works department.
