The fire departments of Gonbach, Münchweiler, Imsbach, and Winnweiler were alerted to smoke developing outdoors between Münchweiler and Gonbach. Upon arrival, it turned out that the cause was a campfire on private property. The property owner was on site and voluntarily agreed to extinguish the fire. The firefighters were then able to return to their stations.
