The Münchweiler and Winnweiler fire departments were called to a burning trash can at the train station in Münchweiler. When the crews arrived on the scene, they could only detect a faint smell of smoke; however, no fire was visible. The trash can was extinguished with a small amount of water, eliminating any further danger. The operation was then concluded.
