In Steinbach, mowed hay was burning on an area measuring approximately 50 m by 2 m next to the L 394 toward Dannenfels.
The Steinbach and Dannenfels fire departments were able to quickly extinguish the fire using two hoses and stand down the additional units that were on their way.
