The fire departments of Schweisweiler, Imsbach, and Winnweiler were alerted to a column of smoke in the countryside, which a caller driving on the B 48 had spotted near Schweisweiler. The first responders from the Schweisweiler Fire Department determined that the source was a campfire that posed no danger. Consequently, no action was required on the part of the fire department, and all units were able to return to the station.
