In Imsbach, a resident discovered a snake in his yard and alerted the fire department. The Imsbach Fire Department responded, but upon arrival, they could no longer find the snake. Even after searching the garden, the snake could not be located; however, the resident had recorded a video of the snake and was able to show it to the emergency responders. After comparing it with several photos, the animal was identified as a grass snake. Since this is a harmless, native snake, the fire department was able to conclude its operation.
