A technical malfunction occurred at a supermarket in Rockenhausen, causing carbon dioxide (CO2) to leak. Although this gas is not toxic, it can displace the oxygen in the air and is therefore dangerous. Consequently, several units from the fire department and civil defense, as well as emergency medical services, were alerted. The drone unit also responded to the incident but was able to stand down shortly thereafter, as its services were not required.
