In Höringen, water threatened to flood into a building due to waterlogged soil. The fire departments of Höringen, Gehrweiler, and Winnweiler responded and used sandbags to prevent water from entering the building.
At a farm, the owner was assisted in clearing out a chicken coop that was in danger of flooding. Reports of impending flooding were received from other locations as well. However, after an assessment, no danger was found.
